CANCELLATION POLICY (as at 8/09/17)
Peak Summer Period - 1 November - 1 March,
and Easter Holiday Period:
For a full refund, cancellation must be made THIRTY DAYS prior to
the day of check-in.
If cancellation is less than 30 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded.
All other times:
For a full refund, cancellation must be made FIVE FULL DAYS prior to
2pm (check-in time) on the day of check-in.
(ie. If checking-in on Friday for example, the cancellation deadline would be the previous Sunday, before check-in time).
